Objective: planning a monitoring programme for the project actions to oversee progress and the results achieved.

Partner: Fundación Biodiversidad.

Description: To better monitor the actions stipulated in the monitoring programme, made up of three documents:

• Monitoring protocol: for each of the actions in the project we will draw up an annual report, detailing the goals set for the current year, the methodology to follow and the schedule for the results expects. The members of the Management and Scientific Committees will analyse the reports presented every six months. Additionally, during the project the coordinator will be in direct contact with the partners to have information on the degree of implementation for each action.
• Monitoring indicators: will be established for each action to ensure that the planned goals are met.
• Verification sources: all of the actions should have verification sources.
